			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Six pack abs give the body smart structure.  Basically, six pack abs tone the abdominal muscles, helping one to reduce weight.  Here are some exercise which can help you achieve a six pack abs.</p>
<p>Crunches is the term we used to refer to the exercise made for the purpose of shaping the abdominal abdominal muscles. The correct way to start this exercise is to lie down on a mat on the floor.  It would be better if you will keep your arms across the chest.  You may also keep them behind your head or with your fingers behind your ears.  However,the first position is suited for this exercise.  Take a deep breath.  Inhale through your nose.  At this point of time, don&#8217;t open your mouth then lift your shoulders, till your knees using only your abdominal muscles.  Don&#8217;t raise the entire back for it might cause strain.  Exhale through your mouth as you raise your shoulders.  Lower back your shoulders on the floor.</p>
<p>Sit ups also help one to achieve six pack abs.  It is also performed while lying down on a mat.  Keep your feet flat and your knee bent.  Place your arms on your chest.  Inhale while you are raising your entire back towards your knees.  And go back to the same position where you start.</p>

<p>I have read many reviews and books about loosing fats specially on the waist area and I have learned by myself that doing sit-ups and crunches even the whole day will not trim any inch on your waist without a mindset and diet strategy.  If you really want to transform your body and get the firm abs that you always dreamed of, then some modifications in your workout and routine is needed.  Diet and mindset are likewise two important things you need to consider to be able to get a jaw dropping result.</p>
<p>To effectively burn fat, there are three critical elements you need to understand.  Diet and nutrition is the first plan of attack towards a six pack abs.  Eat lots of whole foods rather than processed foods.  Stay away from trans fats that are found usually in crackers, cookies, white flour products, pastries and so on.  Secondly, Keep you workouts with high intensity and strategy by incorporating resistance training in your ab workout and moderate weight lifting.  And finally, focus on your strengthening the core.</p>

<p>Aerobic exercises matters most although everyone hates them.  However, for someone who is truly serious about loosing weight will have the patience and will sooner see that it but a simple task and an easy way to achieve that flat belly he or she dreamed of.  Sometimes, the simplest things are the most useful.</p>
<p>To most people, running is not their thing.  If you don&#8217;t like running, you can try jogging lightly.  Whether you are fast or slow at it, the intensity you put into it is what matters most.</p>

Since the world we are living right now is a polluted place, it is not surprising that we are also eating polluted foods, even if you are living in remote places where there are no forms of technological enhancements yet.  You can’t be sure that you are free from pollution-contaminated foods.  Wherever we are living, we are all affected by pollution in one way or another, since we are living in one planet.  The only difference may just be the level of pollution that may affect us.  The easiest way for toxins from pollution to enter our system is by eating contaminated foods.  Once it is inside, we could not do anything to get them out our system.  That is why it is important to be selective on all the things going inside our mouth.  Once the toxins are inside our system, all we can hope is that it causes less trouble in our system.  Although there are things you can do to detoxify, it is much more important to take precautions.   If you want to make sure that you are getting the best of what nature is offering, you need to take only organics.  The term organics here means those that did not involved technology and chemicals to be developed.</p>
