Pat Robert's Intelligence Scholars Program

KU Anthropology Professor Felix Moos proposed the Pat Roberts Intelligence Scholars Program, a university training and scholarship program for intelligence agents. The progrm was passed in Congress as part of the 2003 Intelligence Authorization Act with $4 million in funding.
